Should an issue arise where you Shure product will need to be serviced by the manufacturer you will need to follow this step-by-step process to submit it.
Step 1. Create an account with Shure at this link. Shure Account Creation
Create your account with your name and email. You will be sent a verification email that once you click on it you will then set your password. Proceed to use that to log into your Shure account.
Step 2. Register your product with Shure.
After you log in you will see register your product selection at this link. Service and Repair
Using the product serial number, you will register it on this screen.
If you do not have the serial number for the product, you can use the alternative method of downloading this form and mailing it in with your product. Service Repair Correspondence Form
Step 3. Submitting a repair request
Once the product is registered you can then submit a repair request here. Request Repair
You will see a list of your registered products.
Select the product and you will be sent to the create repair request screen.
Click Create Repair Request. The next screen will ask you for address info and will calculate shipping costs for the product you are sending in for repair. Follow those instructions and ship your product to Shure.
