No Internet in the Studio
1)Verify your Internet Service Provider’s (ISP) internet connection is working by looking for a light on their modem near “Online” or “Status”. If you are unsure or it does not appear to be working, please reach out to your Internet Service Provider. If it is working, please continue to step 2.
Example of a Spectrum Arris modem that is online:
2) Verify the color of the LED ring on the access point (white disc pictured below) on top of the rack or mounted in the ceiling is a solid bright blue. If it is white, flashing white, or orange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
3)Please locate and restart the Edge Router X by unplugging the power cable on the back side for 10 seconds.
