Uninstalling TeamViewer
If your TeamViewer version is not TeamViewer 11, you will need to uninstall the current version. To do this, click the arrow on the taskbar and right click on the TeamViewer icon. (Both circled below)
Click on “Exit TeamViewer”
Click “Exit” on the dialog box that comes up.
Once it closes, go to the Start menu and click on “Settings”
Click “Apps”
Scroll down and Click on TeamViewer XX (Replace the XX with the version number that is installed) then click “Uninstall”.
A new window will pop up, Click ‘Yes’
A new window will pop up. Please make sure you DO NOT check the “Remove Settings” check box and only click “Uninstall”.
When a window pops up and says “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device”, click “Yes”.
Installing TeamViewer 11 Host
Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.) and click on the below link.
https://download.teamviewer.com/download/version_11x/TeamViewer_Host_Setup.exe
Once the new file has finished downloading, click on the file in the bottom left of your window, or go to your downloads folder and click on “TeamViewer_Host_Setup” to launch the installer.
A window will pop up again saying “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device”, click “Yes”.
Once you have launched the installer, you will see the below window. Click “Next”.
Choose “Company/Commercial Use”, and click “Next”
Check the box that says “I Accept the terms of the License Agreement” and click “Next”
The setup will run for a few minutes, and when it is finished you will be able to click “Close”.
When the installer is finished, you will see this window come up. Please send the ID and Password to service@platinumslv.com.
