Accessing Tyco CloudVue Camera’s
To access your Tyco CloudVue camera system in the studio, go to www.cloudvue.com and log in to your account using your email and password and selecting “United States” from the dropdown menu. If you have not set up a password, please reach out to email@example.com to have a user account generated for you and any staff members who need access.
Once logged in, it will default you to the live preview of the studio camera.
If you have multiple studios, click the ‘Views’ Option on the left (circled in yellow above) and select the studio you want to view.
Hyper View (Full day view in 60 seconds)
To review footage for a full day in a 60 second clip, click the sandwich menu at the top right (top circle),
and select “Hyper View” (bottom circle).
Once you have selected Hyper View, follow these directions to review the footage:
Standard Footage Review:
Click the sandwich menu at the top right and select ‘Archive’.
Next, Choose the camera from the dropdown menu, then select the date and time you would like to
review from the calendar, and click “Go to”
Once you do that, the video will start to play. Use the playback settings option on the left to adjust the
playback speed by using the left and right arrows next to ‘1x’ and whether you want to view by hours or
minutes using the left/right arrows next to “Minutes”
When the video has loaded to the date you would like, you can scrub through by minutes or hours by
just clicking along the time bar at the bottom below the video.
Saving A Clip
If you want to save a clip, Go to the Archive.
On the left, select the camera you would like to review the footage from on the dropdown and then
select the date and time you would like the footage from.
Once you have found the time you would like to start the clip at, click on the “Save Clip” drop down,
select your desired clip length (1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or custom), and then click ‘Save’ and
the download will start. If you choose ‘Custom’ for the clip length, please be sure to enter the length of
the clip in minutes in the box labelled ‘Custom Clip Length’. The clip must be less than 60 minutes long.
