Card Reader Not Working
1) If plugged into a planar touch screen, verify the touch screen is working. If not, follow the article titled “Planar Touchscreen is Not Working” (Link this in the database on upload)
2) Verify USB cable is properly seated in the card reader by removing and carefully plugging in the cable on the back of the reader.
3) Verify USB cable is properly seated in the computer or display by removing and carefully plugging back in the other end of the USB cable.
4) Open ‘Notepad’ and try to swipe a credit card or ID. If text comes up in notepad, the scanner is functioning correctly. If you are still not able to scan items inside ClubReady, please contact ClubReady for assistance. Email Support: SUPPORT@CLUBREADY.COM
